“Shooter” and “FC Sniper” are long seller fluorocarbon line and best product which

SUNLINE has created by concluding its technical capabilities. Some anglers feel

hesitant to use due to the concept of “For tournament line”.

“Shooter” is little stiffer and low elongation compared with “FC Sniper” but I think it’s

good for beginner. For example, the hardness of 3~4lb with spinning or flipping is

difference. So, the maximum strength is same but it is specially designed for optimal

of the line so that the best feeling of use can be obtained for each situation where the lure is used.

“FC Sniper” is classified as supple in fluorocarbon line. It has moderate elongation

and easy to cast a fast-moving lure such a crank bait and spinner bait.

“Shooter” has strong abrasion for an obstruction and used for shoot fishing many

times. The best used size is 16,18 and 20lb. It is used many times in cover fishing

due to the characteristic.

And it is good feeling with glass rod due to a low elongation compared with

“FC Sniper”. The whole glass rod more supple and bent than the carbon rod.

If the fishing bite is small, the glass rod absorbs and hard to miss it.

On other hand, glass rod is poor power transmission when the hooking than carbon

rod. So, we could control the elongation on the hooking by using the supple of glass

rod and the low elongation of “Shooter”.

The transmission of hooking power is increased and we notice a difference of long

cast especially. For example, Shooter that has high wear resistance is useful when

use a crankbait and glass rod at rip-rap area.

If use a too big size, the cast ability will be decrease but a performance of recent reel

will be good so it’s no problem for use 16lb.
