●Surface of the fishing line will be wounded by casting which takes place hundreds of times a day. Nylon has suppleness which Fluorocarbon do not have. If you use thick diameter of

Fluorocarbon more than 20lb, the line has stiffness and it prevents from extending a  casting distance. “Machineguncast” is aimed low elongation and high abrasion resistance while it is supple as Nylon’s property and keeps low specific gravity. 

We have applied each different line qualities for maximize the advantage.

For example, 25lb is stiffer and more difficult to do a long cast than 12lb.

If the fishing line becomes thicker, it naturally loses its suppleness.

Therefore, we adopt the best materials to each range in order not to feel differences in use.  

In fact, “Machineguncast” has made a minor change twice. We remain the same concept and materials, and “Machineguncast” has been brushed up with Sunline’s technological innovation. The usability has changed dramatically with the current model that was renewed three years ago. The biggest change is the coating process on the line surface. By applying the "P-ion technology" which is surface processing, 

the line is less likely to absorb water, and it does not occur deterioration over time surprisingly. Exaggeratingly, it feels like the surface can be kept semi-permanently smooth. Because it has excellent slickness, friction resistance has been reduced at the guide ring as well as thumbing, so that casting ability has improved.  

It can also realize accurate casting.

And we are particular about the characteristic color. We adopt the transparent brown color. The freshwater lake for bass fishing has a surprisingly brownish water color. 

The benefit about the brown color is that it blends naturally in water. Also, the way it  looks in the air is different. The general blue colors are assimilated to the sky in the air, and the green colors is invisible in green of trees. Brown has the advantage that it is easy to see in the air and hard to see from bass in the water. In particular, fast moving lures that have a good match with “Machineguncast” are a great advantage for Brown, considering that they are frequently used in stains and muddy water. It is easy to think that “Machineguncast” is typical nylon lines, but because it is a nylon line that has high abrasion resistance like Fluorocarbon, you can use the almighty line with Texas rig and jigs without stress. It can also be recommended for the style of one rod on shore.
